Kate + Spencer

The months that come before a wedding are some of the sweetest. So happy to have had the chance to spend some time last week with this couple and capture a bit of that magic. They are the cutest, so excited for them to have each other. xx

Last week I spent some time documenting this girl during a very special time in her life. She leaves for college this weekend!

Wishing her only the best of luck with this new chapter of her life. Have fun and study hard! x

Cape Cod Summer Holiday

The summer flew by. The last few weeks with the kids back in school as given me some time to get organized again. In an effort to catch up, here are a few little treasures from our time spent on Cape Cod and the little video I made for the June edition of The Sixty Second Photograph

Beach Days

Nothing like an out of town friend to get us to one of the prettiest beaches in our local area. For some reason my kids don't think it's as "fun" as Newport Beach. They were proved wrong this summer evening in June.

Thank you Summer Murdock for such a great excuse to visit this magical little spot.

Spent some time early May with a bunch of 8th graders in DC & NY. A few shots captured between rushing from here to there.

Remembering Summer | Part Two

Well is it horrible that it's almost 4 months since one of our best vacations ever and I never blogged it? I think it was because I took too many photos and I couldn't narrow them down. Four months later I still have the same issue, but oh well, can't come to the end of the year and not blog them.

Four months ago I would have yammered on about how lovely it was, how amazing it was to be with my family, all day, for 9 days. How apparent it becomes when you get to spend time together, how little time we actually get to spend together back in the real world of sports and homework and long work days. I would have told you about how I actually cried when we had to leave and drove down our little road for the very last time. I would have told you all about it.

But today, a post of mostly photos will have to do. This was our summer vacation 2015.
